TARA IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND

OVERVIEW OF THE PRACTICE OF PRAYERS FOR OUR WORLD.

This overview is for the monthly practice of Tara of the Khadira Fragrant Forest. This practice will occur monthly on the full moon for the purpose of offering prayers for the well-being of our planet, particularly for the health and well-being of the trees, forests, lands, weather, and waters as well as all interconnected aspects of all life and this planet and in the universe.

These prayers are based on Buddhist principles anyone and everyone is free to join these prayers, doing so does not indicate or require participation in any other Buddhist activities. The only requirement is an interest in perpetuating life and well-being on Earth, the solar system and beyond.

The framework we will use for our prayers is Green Tara practice. In particular; Tara of the Khadira Fragrant Forest. The prayers are available in the form of the Tara of the Khadira Fragrant Forest sadhana(text) which can be download from out website.
