Mindfulness Meditation on Zoom with Zasep Tulku Rinpoche

Zasep Tulku Rinpoche will offer beautiful, gentle, practical Sathipathana – mindfulness meditation Sunday’s from 10:00am to 11:30am B.C. time.

Rinpoche will explain how to practice mindfuless of breathing, mindfulness of body, mindfulness of feelings, mindfuless of object of mind step by step.
