SUMMARY:Vajrayogini Practice  with Jetsunma Candace Cole 
DESCRIPTION:Candace will lead Long Vajrayogini Practice and occasionally Short Vajrayogini Practice with commentary\, Thursdays starting at 3:30pm. These will be in person and on zoom.   \n\n\n\nJetsunma Candace Cole was first drawn to begin Buddhist studies in the early 1980’s\, while practicing as a family physician on Vancouver Island\, BC. Through the ensuing years of practice and retreat Candace has received Vajrayana instruction from masters of the main schools of Tibetan Buddhism as well as from those of the Theravada and Zen traditions.  \n\n\n\nSince 1998 Candace has practiced under the guidance of her Root Guru Venerable Zasep Tulku Rinpoche. Her western medical skills\, together with her study of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine\, enabled her to assist Rinpoche with humanitarian work in Tibet and Mongolia.   \n\n\n\nCandace completed the Traditional Three Year Great Retreat in April 2023.  She now resides in Nelson BC\, assisting Rinpoche by leading practice and teaching dharma. \n\n\n\nHow to Connect: In person & on Zoom (please email: gadenwest@gmail.com for zoom details) \n\n\n\nScheduled Day: Thursdays \n\n\n\nScheduled Time: 3:30 – 5:00pm  \n\n\n\nTime Zone: Pacific Time Zone (North America) \n\n\n\nDuration: 1.5 Hours
